I don’t live at the beach but my dad does. I was at work and remembered I forgot to order his birthday basket. It was after 3:00pm when I remembered, so I ordered A gift basket online. I called to make sure the address was correct because I was at work, in between clients and rushed and didn’t want to mess up the order. Spoke to a nice lady, she took the address and thanked me.
However, my dad didn’t receive the basket until the next day ( the day after his birthday). I called back to see where the basket was abs was told I had ordered too late for same day delivery and that I should’ve seen that on the website.
I guess I should have, but I was quite disappointed that the person that helped me on the phone didn’t just tell me that the order wouldn’t get there.
Basket was nice, just disappointing that he didn’t get it that day.
