I am absolutely mortified at the ugly arrangement Briar Patch Floral & Gifts delivered to a relative on her birthday. I ordered the Deluxe Let the Sunshine, which as pictured was a bold, beautiful arrangement of sunflowers, but Briar Patch delivered 6 Gerbera daisies sadly plumped up with statis, green berries and a messy bow. I understand from the website that substitutions were possible. However, Briar Patch received my order on a Wednesday morning for Saturday delivery and at no point contacted me to let me know that all the flowers in the arrangement I ordered would be substituted out. I would have worked with the florist to pick out something pretty if I had known this.
