I am absolutely mortified at the ugly arrangement Briar Patch Floral & Gifts delivered to a relative on her birthday. I ordered the Deluxe Let the Sunshine, which as pictured was a bold, beautiful arrangement of sunflowers, but Briar Patch delivered 6 Gerbera daisies sadly plumped up with statis, green berries and a messy bow. I understand from the website that substitutions were possible. However, Briar Patch received my order on a Wednesday morning for Saturday delivery and at no point contacted me to let me know that all the flowers in the arrangement I ordered would be substituted out. I would have worked with the florist to pick out something pretty if I had known this.
My sister loved her gift and it was delivered right on time as promised. This was definitely the easiest and quickest way to order and get something to her for her birthday.
